Accidental site-wide IP ban

*Someone* accidentally banned everyone from using the site. I fixed it and will get the whip to show *negke* my gratitude!

More like me placing the peel under negke's foot with no chance to avoid it. The Quaddicted server knows of no IP addresses so banning the IP of one user hits them all. 8)
