Quake Injector Alpha2
Ladies and gentleman, what you’ve all been waiting for: A new version of the one and only Quake Injector, a tool to install and play maps with one click!
What’s new:
- Scan your Quake directory for already existing maps and mods
- More stable and safe, less bugs
- Icon by the graphical genius Starbuck
- Rating is shown with golden stars
- Progressbars for anything downloading
- Better engine config dialog
- Window that shows you the engine output
- Links open in browser
- Downloads are stored locally
- Uses a custom user-agent when downloading
- Conflict handling

The logo is great, indeed. Though I would have prefered if it hadn’t been rotated.
This would also make an excellent Quaddicted logo. A vertical Q.inj + UADDICTED in similarly-designed silver letters. The red box behind the Q corresponds to the red font used for headlines and links. And the syringe fits with the ‘addicted’ theme.

Oh god now there are three reds clashing oh god oh god why!
The icon red would probably look much nicer than this orange and dirty-green-brown I currently have and hate.
If the Q was not rotated it would be very hard to fit into the smaller icons. Which is why so many sites to it.

Great tool – awesome work! The logo is sweet.
