Is it possible to create sunlight in Quake 1? _________________ My Projects: Quake 1 Mods | OpenQuartz 2 | ChipQuake |

That depends what you mean by that.
You could make a yellow sphere with a smiley face for example.

These tools support sunlight settings in the worldspawn, if you use multiple suns and careful values it can look nice. _________________ Quake Maps |

I was thinking about a yellow sphere, too
OK, so I have to use the light tools, right? Are there any special parameters either in the light program or in the editor?
EDIT: Found something in the readme.txt. No, don't tell me! I will look into it by myself. I'll ask if I can't manage to do it. _________________ My Projects: Quake 1 Mods | OpenQuartz 2 | ChipQuake |

Yes, Bengt "aguirRe" Jardrup's documentation is not only top-notch, it is also the best resource about these tools you can find. Quite nice and inspiring to read too. Enjoy!
