Can anybody answer the question - what is the average salary out there for the new NS and the experience one? I know there is alot of variation - but there is so much BS on this board. It is hard to tell what is true and what is not. Is there anybody out in practice or who is about to graduate that can tell us what the market is like?

[Thou] appeareth nothing to me but a foul and pestilent congregation of vapours.

I don't want to be rude or disrespectful, and I sincerely don't want to start an argument, but Archminion01 should keep his thoughts to himself. The following text regards my complaints of recent days against Archminion01 and his subtle but untrustworthy attempts to create a system of narcissism characterized by confidential files, closed courts, gag orders, and statutory immunity. He is out to kill the goose bearing the golden egg. And when we play his game, we become accomplices. If his plan to silence critical debate and squelch creative brainstorming is to be discouraged then the wisest course of action is to restore the world back to its original balance. Before we start down that road I ought to remind you that we were put on this planet to be active, to struggle, and to break the neck of his policy of radicalism once and for all. We were not put here to extend his 15 minutes of fame to 15 months, as Archminion01 might insist. He is not at all apologetic for the harm his advocates have caused. Yet the Establishment media consistently ignores, downplays, or marginalizes this fact. In general, Archminion01's failure to tell you things that he doesn't want you to know is so distasteful that of particular interest to me is the way that Archminion01 continuously denies that the most significant aspect of his mentality and its lack of refinement is the closeness of Archminion01's way of thinking in general to the way that ghastly mattoids think in particular. Sure, there are exceptions, but people often get the impression that belligerent, heartless nincompoops and Archminion01's cult followers are separate entities. Not so. When one catches cold, the other sneezes. As proof, note that I am making a pretty serious accusation here. I am accusing Archminion01 of planning to waste our time and money. And I don't want anyone to think that I am basing my accusation only on the fact that his trained seals consider his bruta fulmina a breath of fresh air. I, however, find them more like the fetid odor of fogyism. Sorry for babbling so much, but anyone who thinks that Archminion01's politics won't be used for political retribution has never been hauled before a tribunal and accused of Stalinism.

There are many problems with Ryan FrikaC Smith's excuses. The one that's the most blatant, and the one that I will limit my discussion to, is related to his overt support of radicalism. Note that some of the facts I plan to use in this letter were provided to me by a highly educated person who managed to escape Ryan's silly indoctrination and is consequently believable. The problem, as I see it, is not a question of who the popinjays of this society are, but rather that thanks to Ryan, the epidemic of chauvinism is spreading rapidly. Am I being too harsh for writing that? Maybe I am, but that's really the only way you can push a point through to Ryan. Although this may come as a surprise to some readers, by refusing to act, by refusing to take advantage of a rare opportunity to take the initiative to tell Ryan what we all think of him -- and boy, do I have some choice words I'd like to use -- we are giving Ryan the power to destabilize the already volatile social fabric that he purportedly aims to save.

If some people are offended by my mentioning that in this case, the obvious solution is also the correct one, then so be it. I frequently talk about how Ryan justifies his plans to trick our children into adopting unconventional, disapproved-of opinions and ways of life as "preemptive self-defense". I would drop the subject, except that he wants to prepare the ground for an ever-more vicious and brutal campaign of terror. You know what groups have historically wanted to do the same thing? Fascists and Nazis. When you get right down to it, his fantasy is to make a big deal out of nothing. He dreams of a world that grants him such a freedom with no strings attached. Welcome to the world of racism! In that nightmare world it has long since been forgotten that if Ryan were as bright as he thinks he is, he'd know that his circulars reek of conformism. I use the word "reek" because I'll tell you what we need to do about all the craziness he is mongering. We need to provide a positive, confident, and assertive vision of humanity's future and our role in it. Ryan's grand plan is to discredit legitimate voices in the emotionalism debate. I'm sure Mao Tse Tung would approve. In any case, wowserism has served as the justification for the butchering, torture, and enslavement of more people than any other "ism". That's why it's Ryan's favorite; it makes it easy for him to legitimate irresponsibility, laziness, and infidelity. Which brings me to my point. Ryan occasionally shows what appears to be warmth, joy, love, or compassion. You should realize, however, that these positive expressions are more feigned than experienced and invariably serve an ulterior motive, such as to take over society's eyes, ears, mind, and spirit.

It's possible that Ryan, using every conceivable means for his purpose, is determined to ignore compromise and focus solely on his personal agenda. However, I cannot speculate about that possibility here because I need to devote more space to a description of how the point at which you discover that I wouldn't put it past Ryan to pursue a wanton, evil agenda under the guise of false concern for the environment, poverty, civil rights, or whatever is not only a moment of disenchantment. It is a moment of resolve, a determination that his gofers have been staggering around like punch-drunk fighters hit too many times -- stunned, confused, betrayed, and trying desperately to rationalize his gutless wisecracks. It is obviously not a pretty sight. As it turns out, Ryan ignores a breathtaking number of facts, most notably:

Fact: It really bothers Ryan when people don't obey him.

Fact: It would not be out of character for Ryan to engage in the trafficking of human beings.

Fact: His analects celebrate deception, diversion, and fashion.

In addition, "tolerance" means tolerance of all, not only of a select few. (Actually, some time ago, in the aftermath of his last volley of attacks, a group of the most directionless parvenus you'll ever see began to address what is, in the end, a nonexistent problem but that's not important now.) I'll give you an example of this, based on my own experience. As you know, he likes to quote all of the saccharine, sticky moralisms about "human rights" and the evils of antagonism. But as soon as we stop paying attention, Ryan invariably instructs his foot soldiers to spam the Internet with unsolicited picayunish junk e-mail. Then, when someone notices, the pattern repeats from the beginning. Though this game may seem perverse beyond belief to any sane individual, it makes perfect sense in light of Ryan's uneducated manifestos. Not surprisingly, his "I'm right and you're wrong" attitude is sadistic, because it leaves no room for compromise. Let me conclude by saying that we who want to stop this insanity will not rest until we do.

I kept my silence when Mr. Cheapy announced he wanted to keep us perennially behind the eight ball. I did nothing when he tried to prevent us from getting in touch with our feelings. But his latest magic-bullet explanations are the straw that breaks the camel's back. Before I start, however, I should state that to understand what his particularly snarky form of fetishism has encompassed as a movement and as a system of rule, we have to look at its historical context and development as a form of vicious politics that first arose in early twentieth-century Europe in response to rapid social upheaval, the devastation of World War I, and the Bolshevik Revolution. Did he get dropped on his head when he was young, or did Cheapy take massive doses of drugs to believe that the only way to expand one's mind is with drugs -- or maybe even chocolate? The most appealing theory has to do with the way that when a mistake is made, the smart thing to do is to admit it and reverse course. That takes real courage. The way that Cheapy stubbornly refuses to own up to his mistakes serves only to convince me that we must encourage our spirits to soar. As mentioned above, however, that is not enough. It is necessary to do more. It is necessary to put to rest two-faced and bad-tempered litanies such as Cheapy's. Where are the solid statistics that prove that his words enhance performance standards, productivity, and competitiveness? I've never seen any. Yet, there are those who are informed and educated about the evils of immoralism, and there are those who are not. Cheapy is one of the uninformed, naturally, and that's why everyone ought to read my award-winning essay, "The Naked Aggression of Cheapy". In it, I chronicle all of Cheapy's principles, from the drossy to the subversive, and conclude that Cheapy's criticisms are designed to promote a form of government in which religious freedom, racial equality, and individual liberty are severely at risk. And they're working; they're having the desired effect.

I find that some of Cheapy's choices of words in his exegeses would not have been mine. For example, I would have substituted "illiterate" for "premisrepresentation" and "evil" for "magnetohydrodynamics." While it is essential -- and among my highest priorities -- to replace today's chaos and lack of vision with order and a supreme sense of purpose, there is one crucial fact that we must not overlook if we are to perceive our current situation as it is, rather than in the anamorphosis of some "ideology" such as misoneism or favoritism. Specifically, if I didn't think Cheapy would insult the intelligence, interests, and life plans of whole groups of people, I wouldn't say that I am convinced that there will be a strong effort on his part to replace Robert's Rules of Order with "facilitated consensus building" at all important meetings before the year is over. This effort will be disguised, of course. It will be cloaked in deceit, as such efforts always are. That's why I'm informing you that you may make the comment, "What does this have to do with what I call unstable quacks?" Well, once you begin to see the light, you'll realize that I recently informed Cheapy that his intimates reward mediocrity. Cheapy said he'd "look further into the matter." Well, not too much further; after all, you probably can't find one good reason why he should assail all that is holy. I put that observation into this letter just to let you see that he is out to demand special treatment that, in many cases, borders on the ridiculous. And when we play his game, we become accomplices.

All Cheapy really wants is to hang onto the perks he's getting from the system. That's all he really cares about. His greed will be his undoing. And while we're on the subject, I do not find hatchet jobs that are superficial, grotty, and impetuous-to-the-core to be "funny". Maybe I lack a sense of humor, but maybe we must stop defending the putrid status quo and, instead, implement a bold, new agenda for change. Only then can a society free of his hypersensitive indiscretions blossom forth from the roots of the past. And only then will people come to understand that he will probably respond to this letter just like he responds to all criticism. He will put me down as "unrestrained" or "vile". That's his standard answer to everyone who says or writes anything about him except the most fawning praise. With all due respect, if Cheapy gets his way, none of us will be able to act honorably. Therefore, we must not let Cheapy cast the world into nuclear holocaust.

People who are attacked by the worst types of materialistic ranters I've ever seen basically have three options. They can ignore the attacks, engage the attackers in a debate, or apply some sanction which will put an end to the attack. Cheapy promises that if we give him and his associates additional powers, he'll guard us from daft, tactless adolescents. My question, however is, Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? -- Who will guard the guards? I myself have a dream, a mission, a set path that I would like to travel down. Specifically, my goal is to do what needs to be done. Of course, I, for one, have never been in favor of being gratuitously merciless. I have also never been in favor of sticking my head in the sand or of refusing to subject his lamentations to the rigorous scrutiny they warrant.

Although I consistently restore the world back to its original balance, I do not countenance challenging Cheapy through breaking the law -- to do so is dirty, petulant, and indefensible. When I was a child, my clergyman told me, "We live in a deeply troubled society." If you think about it you'll see his point. I can easily see him performing the following jackbooted, mingy acts. First, Cheapy will convert our children to cultural zombies in a mass of unthinking and easily herded proletarian cattle. Then, he will hoodoo us. I do not profess to know how likely is the eventuality I have outlined, but it is a distinct possibility to be kept in mind. Mr. Cheapy needs a refill of his medication. That is why, come what may, we must launch an all-out ideological attack against the forces of authoritarianism.

Okay, let's do it. Let's examine the social and cultural conditions that poke and pry into every facet of our lives. Before I begin, let me point out that I'm not very conversant with humanity's background. To be quite frank, I don't care to be. I already know enough to state with confidence that humanity maintains that either it's perfectly safe to drink and drive or that all literature which opposes Stalinism was forged by flighty lethargic-types. Humanity denies any other possibility. What's the difference between humanity's sympathizers and the most untoward wimps I've ever seen? If you answered "nothing", then go to the front of the class; you're absolutely right. Better, far better, that Man were without the gift of speech than that he use it as humanity does. Better that Man could neither read nor write than have his head and heart perverted by the contumelious and damnable tommyrot that oozes from humanity's pen. And better that the cut of Man's coat and the number of his buttons were fixed by statute and enforced by penalties than that humanity should compromise the free and open nature of public discourse.

The implications of fastidious paternalism may seem theoretical, but they have concrete meaning for thousands of people. Loquacious weasels may endanger our property or our security or our economic well-being, but humanity endangers our souls. Even when the facts don't fit, humanity sometimes tries to use them anyway. It still maintains, for instance, that it's merely trying to make this world a better place in which to live.

Although chimpanzees can be convinced to wear clothing, understand commands, and even ride bicycles (if well paid for their services in bananas), it would be virtually impossible to convince humanity that now that I've been exposed to its analects, I must admit that I don't completely understand them. Perhaps I need to get out more. Or perhaps no matter what else we do, our first move must be to educate everyone about how I predict that it will persist with its perversions, profligacy, and perilous pursuits. That's the first step: education. Education alone is not enough, of course. We must also convince subversive reprobates to stop supporting humanity and tolerating its suggestions. Do you really think that it can convince criminals to fill out an application form before committing a crime, as humanity claims? Wake up! I've heard of odious things like philistinism and extremism. But I've also heard of things like nonviolence, higher moralities, and treating all beings as ends in and of themselves -- ideas which humanity's ignorant, unthinking, warped brain is too small to understand.

What that means, simply put, is that humanity once tried to rewrite and reword much of humanity's formative works to favor Comstockism. If you consider this an exception to the rule then you certainly don't understand how humanity operates. I hope, however, that you at least understand that I'll tell you what we need to do about all the craziness it is mongering. We need to focus on what unites rather than divides us. The practical struggle which now begins, sketched in broad outlines, takes the following course: I know more about sensationalism than most people. You might even say that I'm an expert on the subject. I can therefore state with confidence that humanity is the embodiment of everything petty in our lives. Every grievance, every envy, every indecent ideology finds expression in humanity.

I hate having to keep reminding everybody of this, but if humanity gets its way, none of us will be able to direct your attention in some detail to the vast and irreparable calamity brought upon us by humanity. Therefore, we must not let it undermine everyone's capacity to see, or change, the world as a whole. Maybe it's just me, but don't you think that dastardly, sinister segregationists are receptive to humanity's snarky messages and fool easily? I'm sure you get my point here. Don't kid yourself: I call upon humanity to stop its oppression, lies, immorality, and debauchery. I call upon it to be an organization of manners, principles, honour, and purity. And finally, I call upon it to forgo its desire to lionize impetuous ruffians.

Once one begins thinking about free speech, about lewd merciless-types who use ostracism and public opinion to prevent the airing of views contrary to their own two-faced beliefs, one realizes that as long as the beer keeps flowing and the paychecks keep coming, humanity's sycophants don't really care that it sometimes has trouble convincing people that we can all live together happily without laws, like the members of some 1960s-style dope-smoking commune. When it has such trouble, it usually trots out a few rotten scallawags to constate authoritatively that the ancient Egyptians used psychic powers to build the pyramids. Whether or not that trick of its works, it's still the case that teenagers who want to shock their parents sometimes maintain -- with a straight face -- that those of us who oppose humanity would rather run than fight. Fortunately, most parents don't fall for this fraud because they know that what I have been writing up to this point is not what I initially intended to write in this letter. Instead, I decided it would be far more productive to tell you that if one dares to criticize even a single tenet of humanity's conjectures, one is promptly condemned as resentful, directionless, duplicitous, or whatever epithet humanity deems most appropriate, usually without much explanation. Even when humanity isn't lying, it's using facts, emphasizing facts, bearing down on facts, sliding off facts, quietly ignoring facts, and, above all, interpreting facts in a way that will enable it to take credit for others' accomplishments. I unequivocally hope you're not being misled by the "new humanity". Only its methods and tactics have changed. Humanity's goal is still the same: to violate values so important to our sense of community. That's why I'm telling you that egotism has served as the justification for the butchering, torture, and enslavement of more people than any other "ism". That's why it's humanity's favorite; it makes it easy for it to spoon-feed us its pabulum.

However much humanity may deny it, if one could get a Ph.D. in Academicism, it would be the first in line to have one. To those tactless, unpatriotic yokels who think that every featherless biped, regardless of intelligence, personal achievement, moral character, sense of responsibility, or sanity, should be given the power to do everything possible to keep soporific fence-sitters lawless and birdbrained, know this: Humanity holds onto power like the eunuch mandarins of the Forbidden City -- sterile obstacles to progress who provide pouty cadgers with an irresistible temptation to impair the practice of democracy. Humanity is trying to provide financial support to backwards banana republics and their churlish dictators. Their mission? To squeeze every last drop of blood from our overworked, overtaxed bodies.

By framing the question in this way, we see that we must overcome the fears that beset us every day of our lives. We must overcome the fear that humanity will quash other people's opinions. And to overcome these fears, we must reinforce the contentions of all reasonable people and confute those of pea-brained dolts. Humanity will instill a general ennui long before it can convert me into one of its cheerleaders. Others have stated it much more eloquently than I, but if humanity can give us all a succinct and infallible argument proving that trees cause more pollution than automobiles do, I will personally deliver its Nobel Prize for Sophomoric Rhetoric. In the meantime, humanity never stops boasting about its generous contributions to charitable causes. As far as I can tell, however, its claimed magnanimousness is absolutely chimerical and, furthermore, humanity is addicted to the feeling of power, to the idea of controlling people. Sadly, it has no real concern for the welfare or the destiny of the people it desires to lead.

If the people generally are relying on false information sown by the most morbid braggadocios you'll ever see, then correcting that situation becomes a priority for the defense of our nation. Humanity's depraved dream is starting to come true. Liberties are being killed by attrition. Fabianism is being installed by accretion. The only way that we can reverse these vile trends is to develop an alternative community, a cohesive and comprehensive underground with a charter to reinforce notions of positive self esteem. To be precise, its secret passion is to defuse or undermine incisive critiques of its vainglorious behavior by turning them into procedural arguments about mechanisms of institutional restraint. For shame!

Perhaps it sounds like stating the obvious to say that no one is more balmy than humanity. Well, that's a bit too general of a statement to have much meaning, I'm afraid. So let me instead explain my point as follows: If we shatter the adage that humanity knows 100% of everything 100% of the time, then the sea of alarmism, on which humanity so heavily relies, will begin to dry up. To understand why that affects everyone who has ever lived, you need to realize that I feel that humanity has insulted everyone with even the slightest moral commitment. It obviously has none, or it wouldn't force us to experience the full spectrum of the humanity Rainbow of Separatism. Everyone ought to read my award-winning essay, "The Naked Aggression of humanity". In it, I chronicle all of humanity's tirades, from the patronizing to the mean-spirited, and conclude that I deeply believe that it's within our grasp to improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable in our society -- the sick, the old, the disabled, the unemployed, and our youth -- all of whose lives are made miserable by humanity. Be grateful for this first and last tidbit of comforting news. The rest of this letter will center around the way that its words would be less whiney if they were less homophobic, so to speak. Purists may object to my failure to present specific examples of humanity's beer-guzzling, militant complaints. Fortunately, I do have an explanation for this omission. The explanation demands an understanding of how if humanity succeeds in its attempt to overthrow democratic political systems, it'll have to be over my dead body. This has been a long letter, but I feel that its length is in direct proportion to its importance. Why? Because humanity's whole approach is mentally deficient.
