Does anyone know if there is a download available for it anywhere?

hah! I didn't think I even showed that to anyone. I'm sure I have it on some archive drive/disc somewhere. If I stumble across it I'll hook you up. (code and all, as crude as it may be).

For some reason I missed the answers of this thread!
Heya, Electro! It'd be so cool if you released it, whatever code state it's in! Very Happy

It's a very dodgy little mod... huge mess! Has a car that you can get in/out of. Gamemodes included CTF and Assault.

I'll be getting my belongings back in the next couple of weeks (living out of a single luggage case atm). So I'll hunt it down then and see if i can rustle up a release (code and all).

Has frikbots, about 6 player classes, 9 weapons... some funny stuff like a 'tractor beam'. It's like the hl2 gravity gun (except made before hl2... and it's used for throwing players hehe). Also the flamethrower that people have been talking about in the thread. Seriously don't remember what's in the mod. I think it has 2 maps, a CTF one by me and an Assault one by Zombie.

Here's a pic until I can make a release. (the CTF map)

So, where are you living now, Electro? Why are you traveling so much?

Still in Brisbane Australia (where I've been for the past couple of years). Was planning to move back down to Melbourne (still Australia)... but after moving there, things going bad.. and having to move up again... urgh

Long story short, I am broke with none of my belongings and have a baby due in 6 weeks (unless she comes early). Living 2 hours away from work (with my gf's family, nightmares). I get up at 4:30 in the mornings to get to the 5:50am train that gets me to work at 7am so i can still hopefully leave and get some kind of daylight at the end of the day... get home around 5pm on a really good day.

Anyway this isn't days of our lives Wink
I'll throw the mod on the interwebs as soon as I can. Which at this stage according to the removalist is going to be within the next 2 weeks.

Jeez, poor you! Sad
Sounds like you're having a pretty hectic life for the moment. I hope things will settle down soon. I can imagine how living with your girlfriend's family is not the most exciting thing...
Obviously, you don't have to worry too much about Cubic Combat, I'd rather know you take a little bit of fresh air (and daylight!) Smile
But it's nice to see you check the forums. You're one of these people whom it would be very sad to see disappear Wink
