Cool ladder prefab that makes excellent use of the standard Quake textures.
You can climb the ladder by jumping up the rungs.

Nice prefab group containing an iron fence and a gate.
"The brush counts are fairly high, so use with care.
You can always delete the decoration between the posts on the
fence to decrease brushcount and on the gate, the hinges could be
simplified or even removed. Additionally, some sort of decoration
could be added on the top of the bounding walls.
Bare in mind that QBSP will split the prefabs into even more solids
because of the overlapping solids.
gate.qGP - 48 solids, 330 faces
fence.qGP - 40 solids, 232 faces.

Nice pentagram prefabs for you.
I realigned a couple vertexes (no biggie) and moved the origin to 0,0,0.
These are pretty big. The first one (pentagram.qGP) is open and can be used as a filler between areas.
The other (pentagram1.qGP) is filled in the center and has a bounding box surrounding it
so it can be used as a ceiling or floor.

Great dome prefab done up by Bushboy.
After all this vertex editing his eyes must have been popping out of his head.
Great job!
