Map 27 Blood Machine on the Unity port causes frame drops due to the amount of enemies and the size of the room (I assume), Doesn't crash or anything, but is very easy to notice. PRBoom does not display results/title screen correctly. This is due to PRBoom/other ports not having 16:9 support we assume.
