Importanat Release Notes
------------------------

1. The INI file from previous versions is no longer compatible, due to changes
   in the PWAD manager. You must run INIconv.exe to convert it.
2. The phonebook feature is not entirely self-sufficient. If you want to edit
   or remove an entry, you must edit the INI file.
