WinDEU 5.9 beta 1

w16deu59.zip contains the 16-bits version, suitable for Windows 3.1
w32deu59.zip contains the 32-bits version, which is faster and works
             with Windows 95, Windows NT and Windows 3.1 + Win32s.

On the way to 6.0...
