These are a couple of toosl I hacked out.
snd.exe: lets you put a sound file into a PWAD (one sound file per PWAD)
cat.exe: concatenates two PWADS into a third PWAD (no duplication checking)

I'm on spring break from 3/18 - 3/28, so don't expect to read mail or news.
