Quake Desktop Theme for Microsoft Plus! for Windows 95

Installation
------------

1.  Extract using a utility that supports long filenames,
    such as WinZip 6.0 for Windows 95.

    Extracting this in the C:\ directory will overwrite
    the default Windows 95 startup and shutdown screens.
    (C:\LOGO.SYS, C:\WINDOWS\LOGOS.SYS, and C:\WINDOWS\LOGOW.SYS)
    It is suggested that you back these files up first.

    
2.  Extract to C:\, as the files will automatically be extracted
    to their appropriate directories.

    If you extract to a drive other than C:\ you will need to 
    use notepad.exe to modify: 
       \Program Files\Plus!\Themes\Quake\Quake.theme 
    to point to the correct drive.

3.  Because the Theme installs a new font, restart your machine
    so that the font will be available.

4.  Use Plus!'s Themes selector to choose Quake from the list
    and apply.

5.  Enjoy!


    I have made available some alternate cursors if you don't like
    the default choices.

KNOWN PROBLEMS
--------------

1.  If the font C:\WINDOWS\FONTS\AOASWFTE.TTF is already installed on
    your system, WinZip will give an error that it cannot extract that
    file. At this point the unzip will fail and all the remaining files 
    will not be extracted. If you encounter this either, re-unzip 
    QTHEME1.ZIP without selecting the font, or remove the Avalon Quest
    font from the system and re-unzip.
