Thanks to the creator of the Oliver North bit.  We often consider
sound bits recorded by other people, but the majority of the samples
in the C&J RTSs are ones that we made ourselves.

Buckets of gratitude to the shmoes at Apogee/3DRealms for the creation
of Rise of the Triad and Duke Nukem 3D. :)
