Our Man Marange Part 2

THE REBELLION!

After the intro we see Jack Marange running into a building "The Agency Law&Order Building".

Scene one

A Desk receptionist is in the lobby.

Marange: Can I speak to the general please?

Deskhelp: Yeah sure, sure, and your name is?

Marange: Marange… Jack Marange.

Deskhelp: Ah, sign here.

Deskhelp: Thank you Mr Marange and General Frederick's will see you now.

The doors open up and Marange walks in to General Frederick's office. The general has his back to Marange and is gazing out the window.

Marange: Sir we need to talk the Shapeshifter...

Frederick's: You're damn right we need to talk Marange!

Marange: Sir?

Frederick's: Sit down Marange.

Marange: Sir I'd better not you can just give it to me straight.

Frederick's: If you'd prefer…

The General turns to Marange and takes a long breath.

Frederick's: Did you ever hear of the Tyrell act?

Marange: Yes sir I did Barry Tyrell's Grandfather…

Frederick's: Barry Tyrell's Grandfather founded one of the most stringent rules of this fine agency, which IM not sure is so fine anymore. Would you like to tell me what that rule is Marange?

Marange: Never become a traitor to your agency, friends, or piers.

Frederick's: Fairly basic rule huh? Basically it means don't piss people off Marange!

Two officers walk into the room Marange become suspicious.

Marange: Would you mind telling me what this is all about?

Frederick's: You disobeyed a direct order you didn't report back to base in the middle of a crisis situation.

Marange: Are you sure you got the right guy here maybe you should be talking to Dave Chowalsky oh yeah I forgot he's dead!

Frederick's: You're actions contributed to the death of a fellow agent nameable Jean Luc Picard one of our finest men.

Marange: Now hold on I was just doing my job I responded to his distress call.

Frederick's: There was no distress call at least not one worth talking about. Computer roll Dist.wav.

Picard's Distress call bellows out of the speakers and then fades out half way through.

Marange: What the… I got all of the distress call.

Frederick's: Impossible if we can't get it you can't get it our communication station had been down that morning we transmit to you not the other way around!

Marange: I got all that message that's all I know and myself and Picard were out of there in another 10 minutes that's all it's not my fault if the Shapeshifter likes…

Frederick's: Your Job is to protect the lives of your senior officers, now I have had it with you and your rookie type excuses, you screwed up and to top if off I've got an agency of traitors all going over to work for Ungeous and then getting there butts whipped. Now we have guys over there at The Bad place and hopefully…

Marange: You don't actually think your lackeys are gonna kill em do you? Hell they'd do anything for the money you don't pay em enough.

Frederick's: GET THE HELL OUT OF MY OFFICE! Take em boys!

Marange: There's been a horrible mistake!

Out in the Bad place Two agents look down into the lava.

Agent1: Well can you see it?

Agent2: See What?

Agent1: Dave Chowalskys Remains Ungeous pushed him in there.

Agent2: No I don't see anything then again I doubt it would be visible after its been incinerated by the lava.

Dr Jack Ungeous Walk's in.

Ungeous: Ah gentlemen how nice of you to stop by!

Agent1: Oh shit Ungeous Okay on my mark…Fire- Fire- Fire!

The agents Fire at Ungeous but their shots do no damage.

Ungeous shoots both agents to Chunky Kibbleys.

The Shapeshifter then walks in.

Ungeous: Ah Toadality report! Did you kill Marange?

Toadality: No- No I failed.

Ungeous: What how could you? You have a distinct advantage being a Shapeshifter how do you fail?

Toadality: IM sorry Dr Ungeous.

Ungeous: Damn Right your sorry but you haven't failed me before so IM going to give you one more chance to redeem yourself you kill Marange and I shall make my stand at Claustrophobopolis yes, yes I feel a plan at work yes, TODAY IS A GREAT DAY FOR THE EMPIRE!

Perched high above The Bad Place a man in red watches these events. Clearly he is an agent from Law and Order.

Sando: This ends now!

Scene three

Marange is now in the Agency's Prison.

Marange: How could they make such a mistake this is not good.

Marange: (Short Adlib by David Cullen)

A man in Red enters the walkway and stops out side Maranges cell its John Sando.

Marange: Captain Sando I thought you were…

Sando: Oh believe me word's of my death have been greatly exaggerated.

Marange: You escaped from the Shapeshifter and the Cistern colonists?

Sando: Not so lucky but that's not important I believe your story cause I was like you once kid I don't follow orders either that's why IM so damn good.

Sando: I gotta get you out of here and don't worry about Frederick's well get out of this I promise I have a job to do and I'll take you with me if you'll help me out. Now it's not gonna be easy and it may take a lot of time but if your willing then maybe we can cut a deal.

Sando: Yeah you're right but whatever happens we tried, I can't let Ungeous push this agency to total chaos it's screwed up as it is and this time Marange were not tryin to stop some crime lord destroying an agency to add to his corporation of curupt businesses were tryin to save the world here.

Moment's Later Marange and Sando leave the complex chased by inforcers

They are now both wanted men.
