Internal hard limits are bad

The following internal hard limits have now been removed:

  • Lightmaps.
  • Particles.
  • Textures.
  • Client-side visible entities (cl_visedicts).
  • Max alias skin size.
  • Max alias verts.
  • Max alias tris.
  • Max alias frames.
