  sCary to nieomal kultowa postać w ogólnoświatowej społeczności Quake'a. twórca zamkniętego od kilku miesięcy Quakeholio, autor Shugar Shack, jeden z najlepszych graczy na świecie. sCary to również pomysłodawca i twórca konkursów na demo, które zainspirowały tylu organizatorów (również w Polsce). obecnie pracuje w firmie Ritual Entertainment (dawniej bardziej znanej pod nazwą Hipnotic Interactive, twórców przeboju Quake Mission Pack No.1: Scourge of Armagon).
Ritual pracuje obecnie nad grą z engine'em Quake'a o nazwie SiN, mającej w założeniu być bardziej interaktywną niż wszystkie inne gry 3D.


  sCary nie udziela wywiadów ot, tak sobie. chciałbym tu specjalnie podziękować osobie, bez której osobistego kontaktu ze sCarym wywiad nigdy by się nie odbył. pomógł mi nasz rodak PoLiSh, mieszkający od kilku lat w Dallas (autor najzabawniejszego QuakeMovie o tytule Operation Bayshield). Prowadzi on obecnie duży serwis informacyjny Brutality, zajmujący się grami 3D. Jarku - dziękuję!

  wnikliwe pytania do sCary'ego układałem z pomocą Kamila Ruszkowskiego, bardziej znanego pod pseudonimem RooS, cichego wielbiciela sCary'ego.

  wywiad nie zostanie przetłumaczony na język polski. nie proście ani nie błagajcie mnie o to. mam za mało czasu a i tak nie byłbym w stanie oddać specyficznego języka jakim mówi sCary.

(we have organized four editions of demo contests in Poland, inspired by Yours, but last time we got 36% faked demos and decided it had been the last one)

YQP Mission Pack No1. is the best add-on (my personal choice) for Quake but it gets GLQuake to its knees. Will Quake 2 and other second generation full-3D games (like Ritual's own SiN) require SGI graphics station to play?
BTW. What do You think about upcoming Verite 2200 cards?
