A lot of cool texture packs here. But I cant seem to find Heretic (1994) textures (or am I just blind). I would like to use these in my next map. Can somebody help me with this?
Oh, yes, there really are a lot of great textures that would fit perfectly into the Quake maps! hopefully someday they will come alive again. Now we live in Makkon era. I never cease to be amazed at the talent and creativity of this man.

Hey i've tried the ROTT texture wad and it seems that some textures that are technically animated in the game aren't noted as such wad
These are: FPLACE, LTE_1 to LTE_8, PANEL, PISTON.
You can animate ANY texture as You wish with little trick:
rename textures You like by this way
+0_texture_name
+1_texture_name
.
.
.
+7_texture_name
Seems to be 8 frames maximum(?) - Fix me please.
and the same for buttons plus adding
+a_texture_name
at the end
Please notice "_texture_name" is the same at each texture!
