As I plan to shut down that account I am looking for someone to take over in a semi-official way.

The current bot was written with Twython. I could assist in some ways (and share the current code) if you decide to use Python as well. The content would need to be scraped from the public index at https://www.quaddicted.com/reviews/ and a random subpage, not directly from the database as the current bot does it.
