Gamespy Forums archives hit by false DMCA complaint?

http://www.chillingeffects.org/notice.cgi?sID=1146543 shows that Google was forced to delist 2 threads of the Gamespy Forums archives from the search results. I looked at the threads and I cannot see anything related to copyright infringement of Call of Duty on them.

I am extremely tempted to counter the notice. Anyone got legal knowledge about this? Or am I overlooking something on those pages?
