QuakeForge 0.5.99 Beta 4.1 released.

I expect this to be the final beta before releasing 0.6. The only actual problems (known) remaining are rendering on MH's old dell and sdl sound on OpenBSD.

Beta 4 got aborted part way through due to a last minute patch (I would check the patch tracker after pushing the tag, wouldn't I?:P)
