New Q1SP map: Cradle to the Grave by Ruin

A new Q1SP map has quietly and modestly joined the Quaddicted database:

Ruin's Q1SP debut is a re-imagining of the first level from Monolith's classic 3d shooter Blood, likewise named "Cradle to Grave".

It's always exciting to see new authors join the Q1SP community; here's hoping this is just the first of many releases from this author.
