P.S.: It seems to me that I will be beaten and maybe even kicked.

That's nothing compared to what might happen to me. Uploading a package explicitly labelled as a test version would just lead to another increase in abuse and harassment.

Quaddicted, in its current form, is not for beta testing versions unless authors explicitly ask for them to be hosted here.

SHORT DESCRIPTION (1-4 sentences)
Episode consisting of four medium classic id-themed maps plus start map and Zer-themed end map. Mostly vanilla with a few extras, comes with its own progs.dat. Based on previously released speedmaps (details in included readme).

You should not just blindly upload everything from Slipseer. It will lead eventually to a problem of having here not updated version. QD does not allow updating. So any update is a new submission... Anyway I see an easy solution - just ask on Slipseer an author if the map or mappack is ready

I would advise Andrew to take his time a little bit. Now mappers fixing mistakes in their work or applying improvements more often and it is good trеnd, I consider. Even new map is fully playable, always there is a thing to improve.
Only aged wine is good.

What if...

- Slipseer authors: on your map page write something like "This is a WIP release, don't archive this on Quaddicted yet"

- Andrew: if you see a statement like that, please don't post a link to it in this thread yet
