Migrating to new server

I am moving the main site (the one you are looking at right now) to the new server.
Quake Injector and frontpage feeds are broken for now.
Please report anything else I have broken.

Avatars and post-post redirection of the forum points to http:// for some unknown reason.

I should make sure I get the http -> https redirection running again or Google will be unhappy.

All should work again. #2 is still weird and should not happen though.

Adding of anything (ratings, tags, comments) to the map review db was broken, fixed now. :)
