Need Help!!!!!

I(being the dumbo that I am) typed unbindall in the console.
I bound most of the keys back,but I can't bind ~ to 'toggleconsole'.I tried typing that in the history.txt that fitzqquake makes.
Please help?
(I use Quakespasm and Fitzquake Revision 15)
