multiple file submissions

Over the next few months I will have some wads I want to submit and possibly other older files that aren't on the site. I know all files have to go through Spirit but I was wondering how you want them sent? Individual links? Zipped up by type?

I'm talking about dozens, not hundreds of files but want to know the best way to organize so they are easier for Spirit to process.

Zipped by type would be great.

Maybe even with directories so that it matches https://www.quaddicted.com/files/ right away? :o)
