how to load maps through command line for mods like?

Hi, how do you load loads mods like alien quake an ww2 mods?

like this one.

so for creating shortcut.

for these mods.

i understand tehre is:


-heapsize 32000 -game bastion +map bastion

as an example?

i saw this command in one of the old posts.

Worth noting that you don't have to create a new Quake directory; I've just installed it on top of my Steam Quake directory and renamed the Simple Quake Launcher 2 executable to winquake.exe so it launches from Steam.

i don't use steam. its from my cd game.

but the shortcut idea actually works though. thanks for the video. helps actually.
