skill level setting in trenchbroom

Is there a way to have monsters in the hard skill level but not on easy and normal?
I can specify not on normal but I still get the monster on easy.   Can I specify not on normal and easy?

Just check both "not on easy" and "not on normal". This way it'll only show in hard.

no check box in trench broom only area to enter 256 or 512,    is there a way to enter both numbers?   256 refers to not on easy and 512 refers to not on normal
