Framerate issues while playing big maps?

Hello, I am trying to play this map: https://www.quaddicted.com/reviews/backstein1e.html but it crashes when I try to play it. how do I fix this?

Besides, what does crashing have to do with framerate issues??? Posting the error message it crashes with would've been helpful, too.
