Quaddicted website issues

This is a new thread to discuss general website issues and problems, so we don't clutter the Tracking new releases thread

https://www.quaddicted.com/reviews/Hydr … sV3.2.html is currently broken for some reason. Maybe it's the capital letters in the file name? Appreciate your patience while it gets looked into.

Uppercase letters were never supported and considering all the weirdness about filenames I would be scared to change that, I renamed the Hydromadness files now: https://www.quaddicted.com/forum/viewto … 6778#p6778
I know it's not ideal but allowing them in the current system would probably lead to more issues than solutions :\

Spaces and parenthesis were never supported, I unsuccessfully asked for help on the regex for supporting spaces in the past because I could not make it work: https://github.com/SpiritQuaddicted/Qua … preg_match

No wait, it was the "+" and we solved that. Let me add spaces. If this breaks anything elsewhere someone else will have to fix it though.

Opening the pages should work now for files with spaces and parenthesis. Database-side it seemed safe enough. Not a fan of this at all though.

That was added for the mixed case filename from earlier, I will remove that database entry once a new one for the lower-cased file is up. Allowing mixed case filenames would just wreck havoc on human writable URLs. :\

I would have no issue with you removing the parentheses in my filename (ad_dreamdem) if it is healthier for the site.  Honestly, I don't even care if the v1.1 is on it, as the original version was never actually input to the database.  Was just trying to differentiate it from my first upload.

Let's try what happens with the current one. If it does not break too much, it will pave the way for more freedom in the future :)
