Help finding the name of a map

Hello, guys, I am trying to track down the name of a Quake 1 map that I saw as part of a map jam on YouTube that several LPers have played. It had fleshy/biological textures similar to something based on Quoth, except they pulsated as if alive, and the map was set in some sort of gothic-style stone cathedral that had a lot of biological components.
