Just a startmap that leads to badland1, nothing else to do here.
At least the start map has a bit of id style attitude when choosing the difficulty levels, taunting you for taking anything less than hard. xD
A little nitpick I have is about the central lift, which doesn't seem to go back up once you've descended, so you can't change your mind about the difficulty anymore.
