It seems like a conglomerate of different scrapped maps with no consistent style at all. And it's not that good gameplay wise either.
I agree with Spirit's comment above... most of the individual rooms look quite nice, but they're all done in different styles that don't mesh well together. I also found the layout confusing... I got halfway through it, couldn't figure out how to get any further, and just gave up.
Looks like a frankstein of a map. But at least this time the author repopulated the area with monsters showing the way. Backtracking is a constant, especially if you choose the 'wrong' way.
