I just played nesp10 and tyrcoag.

Tyrcoag was decent, but had some spiraling stairs with a star-shaped platform at the bottom that was more pretty than good for gameplay. Really frustrating, and I spent more saves there than I should have had. 3.5/5

I LOVED nesp10. It's not strictly coagula in the sense that it has you climbing a tower, but there were so many little details that just made this map play so well. Things like distance to monsters and ammonition was perfectly meassured, at least for my playing style. Superb. 5/5

There's a lot to like about all of these contest entries, even almost 20 years after they were released.

This is my first time playing these maps; not sure how they slipped past me unnoticed!
