Played on skill 2. All kiled and all serets have been found.
Overall, good for a first map (i incorrectly named 3oc the first singleplayer level of this author but its this one), and more considering the time.
To highlight the combats, some architectural bits, side areas, the use of lights turning on and off, and a secret that lets the player get and advantegeous position over several tough combats or even ambush some ambushers. On the other side, the usual crampednedss of the time some times, and some spikes on difficulty, sometimes countered with an overabundance of items, other times not.
3+
I would recommend playing this map if you enjoy base theme quake maps. The map is well constructed in terms of level design, and is crafted with interesting brushwork that makes the map interesting to explore. The map is overall a little cramped in design but I could forgive that flaw as this is the level designer's first released map. There are plenty of secrets for the player to discover as well as some surprises not usually found in typical base themed quake maps. Overall, I would give this map a four out of five rating and say it is very much worth a play through for the level designer's first released map.
Very polished map.
