A return to the level of fmb2 and fmb3, after the disappointing fmb4. But still nothing at all that hints the amazing heights the fmb series would subsequently reach.
Initially was fine, however, at the end it was a dumb, abrupt anti-climactic trap without giving the player a clue or a chance to stock up on ammo or health.
Draining player's health with spike traps at the end and then gives no access to ammo or health was bad feature. While the player can use the open space to stay far from the shambler's lightnings, still, can't hide from the vore's pods effectively. 1/5
