Sadly not much you can do here except wander around and occasionally be teleported to unhelpful locations, one of which will kill you. The included demo shows that there is in fact an exit, but getting there is so counterintuitive and seemingly random, with zero visual indications to the player, that it may as well be absent.
To be fair, the author calls it a beta and it probably does not aspire to be a regular Quake map, but even as a virtual gallery it is rather disappointing in its current state (and I guess it never got and never will get past the beta stage).
QuakeForever, please stop using evaluative tags such as "avoidthis", "worthwhile", "recommend" and "highly recommend". That's what the ratings and comments are for.
Other users (and I) have asked you to stop this before.
