It's a typical deathmatch map conversion to single player, which is keeping the map otherwise same except adding in a few monsters, 11 in this case.
Looks-wise the map is extremely simple and nothing to write home about. It's functional and gets the job done.
I took the map as this kind of a puzzle, where the shamblers in the middle are introduced right at the beginning as the problem, which you need to solve by finding the necessary equipment in the surrounding rooms. After killing the opposition, you'll have to figure out how to exit, but it probably won't take you too much time.
Overall, the map was a nice bite-sized distraction. If you're into the crude early 90s looks and such snack maps, give it a whirl.
