Ship Showdown

Small boat-themed / dock map for vanilla Quake. The author's first release. Map source is included.

"A small map set at Dusk with the player traversing through two ships. Fight hordes of ogres and fish towards the end of this map! [...] All secrets are confirmed to be reached - do your best to collect them all!"

It is always nice to welcome a new mapper - especially one that shows creativity and new ideas, like this one!

Whereas the concept of this map is excellent, it is unfortunately clear that the mapper isn't quite familiar with the editor yet; the ships and the pier are, well, boxy and rather crude, and here and there the lighting is, so to say, running on only three cylinders....

Never mind that. The ideas, the creativity is there, all the rest is a craft that can be learned! I am sure we'll see great improvement in the next release - and i'm looking forward to see it!

A simple map, but because of the script with lighting, I will put 4 points. Well done!

Question: Does this script only work on this map or can it be used everywhere?
