I'm surprised this has only one comment and a sub-4 rating, because it's really nice level. The two secrets are intuitive but not obvious. Gameplay is on the easy side, but you can make it harder by sticking with the shotgun and not using the SNG. The architecture reminds me a bit of E4M2 and some of the E1 maps, but it isn't a obvious retread of any of them. Objectively a 4/5, but a personal favorite of mine so I'm bumping it up to 5/5.
Just played this again, and I like it even better than I did the first time. "Warpgate" has great architecture. There are no new textures, but it uses the original textures well. Monster placement is also nicely done, and the combat is varied. Overall, an excellent old-school map with a distinct atmosphere.
Not bad!
