2/3 secrets, 73/73 kills. First part is easy like a vanilla maps, second is complicated
Very nice map!
Some of this mapper's first maps could feel a bit overwhelming. But this is really nice. Good architecture, good lighting, good fights, and a very suitable lenghth for a map of this intensity.
Absolutely nice. I has a happy! :)
Xlarve, thanks for your effort, and thanks for sharing!
Feels really tight and polished. Good escalation in challenge. I had a good time with this one. I think I missed one secret.
A great map with fun combat and cool medieval architecture.
xlarve has a very unique style of mapping that emphasizes claustrophobic, winding layouts and tight, hectic combat. But most of his previous maps are enormous, and in my opinion that makes they grindy and not especially fun to play. xl7 preserves the distinctive style of the previous maps but employs it on a much smaller scale, which makes for a better experience. A strong example of "less is more."
Fantastic map mate. The design is superb and I loved the gameplay.
More variation than in most of xlarve's maps, which is welcome. Early on, I thought it would become my favourite of his oeuvre, but as the map progressed it felt too arbitrary to progress beyond "good". I would love to have more sense of place.
