Describe your problem in as detailed way as you can. Be very specific, while keeping your question simple enough. Don't ask whether you are allowed to ask. Ask for what you need right away. Follow the be precise rule.

Again, everyone who is reading your messages can and most probably will help you if they know the answer. But they don't know the answer if there's no question.
