I'd like to try one of these. Both are said to still be able to target 32-bit Windows XP, so compatibility shouldn't be much of a concern.
But the download page for the 2013 version says that "some features requires an internet connection", while the download page for the 2012 version doesn't. I've searched and couldn't find which features are that download page talking about.
I don't have Internet access at my home, so I wonder if I should just install the 2012 version.
