"Escape"
opens in a combat frenzy. While the guard running towards you can be easily
dispatched, his assorted friends which follow quickly behind him are another
matter.
The
setting for "Escape" is a supply station/warehouse consisting of large
square rooms filled with row upon row of crates. These crates create rat-in-a-maze
type combat situations. You can however use these rows of crates to your
advantage, especially by finding a way up and using the crate tops as a
catwalk.
Game
play is tough with a strong mix of foes, but you should find the necessary
weapons and ammo in good supply.
What
"Escape" lacks in architectural finesse (despite the lone spiral staircase
which seems oddly out of place) it makes up for in fun, aggressive combat. |
"Escape" gets off to a fast start with this guard running and firing at
you.
From atop your catwalk on the crates you can pick these guys off and then
move back out of range.
