1. S.O.F. Mission #3: Operation: Desert Bloom
    Author: Neil Manke
The third mission in the Solider of Fortune (Special Ops Force') series has you working with your old friend Dale...  Your mission is to keep tabs on one of the world's lesser known cruel despotic dictators... Momar Daffy...Word is Daffy is stockpiling a secret cache of biological weapons...  If it turns out that he does have any weapons of mass destruction, it is imperative that you take them out...
2. The Widening Gyre    Author: Carson Utz
The best pure Quake 2 style map I've played to date, better than id's own...  The author has also recently been hired by Broderbund Software to work on their new game Prince of Persia 3D and when you see this one you'll know why... The Widening Gyre is an absolute treat to look at and game play is just as good...
3. SOF: Mission 4 -- Cold as Ice   Author: Neil Manke
This the fourth mission in the Solider of Fortune (Special Ops Force') series is a bear hunting holiday gone very bad...You will need to battle polar bears, wolves and a renegade faction of the Russian army to survive...  Like the number one map above Neil makes you feel you should be wearing your thermo underwear...
4. PC Gamer Presents: Saving Private Monkey Author: Neil
    Manke
The latest unit in the Coconut Monkey series and another excellent Manke map...  Saving Private monkey takes you back to the World WarII era and I hope your up on your German cause it'll come in quite handy...  From the time you hit the beach at Normandy until you make it back to the time machine you'll think you're in World War II...
5. Dark Undergrowth   Author: Christian Cummings
Well for quite some time Chris has been talking the talk on level design...  Well now he's definitely walked the walk so to speak...  This unit was as good as any out there and the fact that he used all Quake 2 textures but made it very original was quite impressive...  This one is a Must Have...
6. PC Gamer Presents: Dry Gulch   Author: Neil Manke
The second in the Coconut Monkey series and definitely the best of the series...  Neil takes you back to the 1800's in the old wild west where you have to rob the bank in Dry Gulch but you have to be careful cause you're a wanted man...  This one feels so real I had sweat on my brow from the desert sun pounding down on me...
7. Space Odysseys 3: Lost in Universe  Author: Yuri Davidov
It's part three in the Space Odysseys series from Yuri Davidov... Your mission is to rescue some pow's held in a strogg prison... You actually must save at least one to finish the unit (very cool)... Space Odysseys 3: Lost in Universe was another excellent unit from Yuri but be warned it's one tough map...
8. Saturation Point    Author: Jim Hughes
A small team of 3 marines was sent in to investigate and were never heard from again...  They are presumed dead...  Your job is to go in and find a way into the mountain base, then seek out the lower lab level, shut down the main pumping system, and then destroy the mainframe computer located there...  Good luck solider...
9. Forces Of Evil III/IV   Author: Chris Spain
Forces Of Evil III/IV is a continuation of Chris's Top 50 Series... These levels should really be run as a sequel to FOE1 and FOE2... I downloaded the first two again and played it as one unit and had a very good time... Chris has also slightly modified the first two maps to make it play as one unit...
10. Slaughtership    Author: Neil Manke
Neil combines two of my favorite Quake 1 maps (Starship and Slaughterhouse) into one...  Done in a space theme and done very well I might add...  You believe you are in space from the shuttle ride all the way through...
