Here's some quick examples on how to use the prefabs from this site in your own levels. I have examples for the three editors which I currently support on the site: qED, Qoole, & Worldcraft. If after reading this you are still stumped then drop me a note.
qED2.x
1.) Create a dir in your qED2/Group directory.
(For this example we'll use "new")
2.) Copy the .qgp file into your qED2/Group/new dir.
3.) Open qED and start a new level or open your existing saved level.
4.) Select the group tab.
5.) Double click your "new" folder there.
6.) Left click and drag the prefab you want over to your map.
7.) Reposition prefab and realign textures if neccessary.

Qoole
1.) Create a new dir in youe Qoole/prefabs directory.
(For this example we'll use "new")
2.) Copy the .qle file(s) into your Qoole/prefabs/new dir.
3.) Open your map.
4.) Right click and select "add prefab" from the popup menu.
5.) Select your prefab from the list
6.) Reposition and align textures if neccessary.

Worldcraft
1.) Copy .ol file into your Worldcraft/prefabs directory.
2.) Open Worldcraft and then your map.
3.) In the "Catergories" menu select your prefab from the drop down list.
4.) Reposition and adjust texture if necessary.
