A small metal/medieval map perched eerily in the void. The design is 3D and open, consisting of large, solid columns and blocks, with nicely angled sides, interlinked by broad platforms. Architecture and textures - green slimy walls and metal trim - are both simple but well built, light fittings provide the main details. GLQuake is recommended due to the open aspect. It would have been improved by more detailing and more interesting structures. No exploration without trick jumps, but an unusual, if potentially obvious, secret. Some items require jumps over the void. Gameplay is fast and tough (even with skill settings) - lots of medieval monsters, plentiful weapons and ammo. It can be played by charging in or by observation and sniping monsters from a distance, the latter being easier. The void is a hazard on the long starting platform. The difficulty eases off a lot at the end, this could have been improved.
