A Quake2 styled (for Quake 1) iris type door.
Uses Quake2 texturing so I have included the .wad in the .zip file.
Contains 4 func_door enitities that move at offset angles to create a nice effect.

A quick hack at a Quake2 styled door (for Quake 1)I made using vertex editing for a level of mine.
The doors split up the middle and open to either side.
Uses Quake2 texturing so I have included the .wad in the .zip file.
Contains 2 func_door enitities set at different speeds due to the doors being different widths.
The speeds are set with a perfect delay so they close together at the same time.

Replica of the door in e1m6 - The Door To Cthon

This thing is cool! Great iris hatch using 8 func_door entities that open
in different directions. .bsp file included so you can see it in action.
Was reworked by EutecTic but I was getting errors when I tested his remake
of the prefab. So I rebuilt it again... I used working things from EutecTic's version
and other parts from the original to get it working for you. It now works and
looks great.
All entities are here (don't mess with them if you can help it) also included is the
original .map file, a .bsp file,EutecTic's text file with some info, and 2 custom
brushes for use in qED.
