Really liked this one.
some interesting brushwork. tight ammo/health situation throughout i thought. short and sweet.
Blister 2 on The Quake Grave
This map is MUCH better than it's predecessor! Not that the first was bad, it's a competent, short little map. However, when compared to it's sequel, it doesn't stand a chance! This map is probably about the same length as the first but there are many more twists and turns in this one. The work with the architecture and textures is much more attractive and unique here, adding stained glassed windows and more differentiation between walls and beams and the sort. The flow of the map is good as well, as each room offers up a decent challenge that isn't too difficult if you know what you're doing. Make sure you find that secret to live though, health pick ups and are few and you may need some! Fun map!
It's OK, a bit of a step forward from the original Blister, but it's still short, weak and random even by 1997 standards, let alone modern standards.
