This is one of the worst Quake maps I've ever played. I couldn't find an exit, I think it's a DM map with SP enemies, but honestly it would be horrible as either. Not enough ammo, way too much health, unnecessarily large areas that are almost completely empty. It's simply awful. I have no idea why the editor's rating is "poor" instead of "crap". Avoid it. 1/5

I checked the source, and nope, there was no exit trigger to be found.

If the map was at a realistic scale where the player didn't have to feel like he's the size of a cat or something, the texturing was better (like the church was composed of stones instead of natural rock), there was more ammo, lighting and an exit, I might consider rating it more than just 1/5.
