Hotel Kique-Asse

Very small hotel-like level with a few new textures, most notably an animated tv screen with a dog.

the 'dog' on the tv screen is Crow T. Robot from Mystery Science Theater 3000.

Apparently, grunts and enforcers like to sleep together in tiny, cubic rooms. Who would have thought?

I thought i was giving this map 4 but afterwards it turned out that visual style is not that tasty and map itself is not barely intricate. Well i like swimming pool and play pool but why elevator is blocked and broken? Why there's no normal big rooms for this hotel and only grunts and enforces in it? Why the key is under water? It could have been better to place it at the reception room, stored by Shambler. I couldn't find the way to open that door at playing pool to gain the guad damage so i just noclipped.1.8=2 1= Solid 3 for good idea but not sufficient realization.

Too small in duration and not very memorable level. For a realistic themed map the level design seemed very unrealistic to me. This map gets a 2 out of five rating from me and would not recommend downloading and playing this map as there are better quake maps on the quaddicted archive that more worthy of your time.

Neat concept; however, the gameplay is short and, for the most part, repetitive. It would've been better to have fewer, bigger rooms on the guest floor and set up some actual fights, rather than rows of closets with a single enforcer in them.
