The Abandoned Silo
Apparently you have to launch some rocket here. The map shows quite a bit of good potential but spoils the fun with shootable buttons (oh come on), confusing gameplay and other ugly things.Note: The original zip did not include a txt file. It is available separately in /idgames/levels/g-i/icbm.txt though.

all i received was a 'missile malfunction.' i must have missed something. repeatedly.
... however, i did like the bar graph using slime water and lava.
I think the highlight of this map is the amount of environmental interactivity and detail you get in all the intricate machinery you can operate. It makes the map feel somewhat of a real place, which was pretty cool.
Unfortunately, the map didn't give me much direction on where I should go next, while at the same time providing me with ample amounts of armor, megahealth and ordnance to plow through low level base enemies. Not even all the cool interactivity in the world can save a mediocre gaming experience, so I'd rate this maybe something like 2.5 or 3/5 tops.
