Atmospheric music combined with imaginative and gorgeous architecture make this an absolute must play. Some tricky encounters in tight spots but if you take the time to explore there are ways to triumph. Right from the off it draws you in and never lets go.
Lovely map. Great mood. Enemy placement top notch, and I enjoyed having time to actually use my rockets!
Gorgeous map, albeit a little too dark. I loved the pacing and the high utility the rocket launcher had. The little message you get for trying to sequence break is especially charming.
Definitely enjoyed this one. Any time I get to use the RL as much as I did in this level, I know it's gonna be a good day!
Well design, good fun to play on skill 3, i just wish it was a bigger map, but a 5 star "well done jpal".Anyone who has a darkness problem playing the map, just delete the lit file.
High three or low four for me. I enjoyed this but it felt a little insubstantial, somehow. Definitely beautiful to look at, though, and I agree with others that it makes a welcome change to get the rocket launcher early enough that you get to do some real damage with it. That tips it into four-star territory.
The architecture is really striking, and I liked being given the rocket early to fight a mix of new enemies. However, the respawning items and lack of threat from the void made things too easy. The signing is also very confusing - the map is covered in lights that look just like gold key symbols. The path to the exit should also have been way more obvious. It's a good map with a few too many problems in the details, for me.
