KeyQuest
Small boxed Wizard map. It seems it can't be finished without cheating as it's impossible to get out of the water by regular means - hence the "poor" rating.Tags: small, wizard, source, dm

You can tell a lot of work went in the brushwork and overall architecture in the map, whereas the gameplay aspect suffers because of it and feels more like an afterthought: Few enemies, too much firepower for the player, you can get a bit stuck in the door in the screenshot and above all else, the unclimbable water. Because of all these points, I simply can't rate this map very high, no matter how nicely detailed the architecture is. :C
I played this in Winquake, and I was able to get out of the water and finish the map. I had to hold down the space bar for about five seconds. At first I just bobbed in the water, but then I launched out of the pool.
I agree with Esrael that this has very good architecture for a map released in early 1997 but that the gameplay is too simple and easy.
